Are you to be Fit and Fabulous?

Of course you are, and I'm here to show you how.

Hello, my name is Mark and I’ll be your fitness trainer here at Bodysense. I am looking forward to working with your fitness and building on your pilates sessions. I’m sure Tanya has mentioned that there will be boxing sessions coming up and if you’re interested let her know. Boxing is an awesome way to improve your fitness and it is a lot of fun.

Boxing is like cardio training for the upper body and will certainly get you huffing and puffing. Sessions will be circuit based, so you may be doing some other exercise as well, but, you will get plenty of chances to punch the stuffing out of something. I’m also available for personal training if you are looking for some one-on-one attention. What better way to get ready for summer than with a program specifically designed for you and your goals? Better yet, get a one or two friends and train together.

I’m sure I’ll have the opportunity to meet you all and at some point you may be cursing me. Don’t worry that comes with the territory of being a fitness trainer. My clients have achieved some outstanding results and they have all hated the training at some point. They come to realize, however, that as much as they hate the process, they love the results.

For all those people who have been waiting for the perfect location to become available before setting up their business, your wait is over. We have 2 consulting rooms for let at Bodysense Studio - would suit massage therapist, beautician, physiotherapist, natropath. These rooms would also be a fantastic place to set up an office.
